How Our Provider Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who will you actually talk to?

Good question. When you reach out through Keyshelps Pest Control, you are connected with an independent pest control or wildlife removal provider in our network. These are local businesses. They run their own schedules, set their own prices and do their own work.

This page does not list staff names. That is on purpose. The people who matter to you are the ones who show up at your home, and that is the provider you choose.

What happens on the call?

Expect a short, friendly chat. The provider will likely ask:

  • What are you seeing, and where in the home?
  • How long has it been going on?
  • What type of home is it, and does it have a basement or crawl space?
  • Are there children or pets in the house?

Then they explain the next step, which is often an inspection. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What should you ask a provider?

A few questions can save you a lot of worry. Try these:

  • Are you licensed in New York for this type of work?
  • Do you carry insurance?
  • What exactly will the inspection include?
  • Can I get the quote in writing, with what is and is not covered?
  • What products or methods do you plan to use, and are they safe around pets and kids?
  • Is there a follow-up visit, and what does it involve?
  • What can I do at home to help the treatment work?

For termite or wildlife jobs, also ask how they will deal with the entry points so the problem does not come back.

Are you in control?

Yes, always. Asking for a quote does not lock you in. You can compare, think it over and say no. A good provider is happy to answer questions and will not pressure you.

Typical U.S. costs range widely depending on the pest, the size of the home and how far things have gone. That is why a written quote matters more than any number you read online.

What if you are not sure what you have?

That is common. Maybe you found droppings, small holes in wood or a few bugs by a window. Describe it as well as you can. The provider can help figure out what it is and whether it needs treatment soon or just a plan.

Ready to talk to a provider?

Take the next step while the problem is still small. A quick conversation can tell you a lot.
